A Perth-based motor trimming business has launched a new range of protective machine deals to the Queensland mining sector which are conserving some of the state's largest industries lots of money in replacement parts and preventative maintenance expenses.
Modern motor trimmers has invested over five years investigating and establishing a range of ram covers for trucks and excavators. The 'ripstop' PVC sleeves prohibit wear and tear, perhaps even tripling the life expectancy of ram seals and chroming, and generating essential cost savings.

One of the first industries to fit the protective covers to its complete truck fleet was Western-Australia, at its mine in far north WA.

"We're also working with a number of the larger miners to customized style preventative sleeves for other plant and machinery, and this bespoke, tailor-made service is a location which we will be looking to broaden into in the near future."
The investigation and development work carried out by MMT on the protective ram covers is an add-on to the company's core industry, which is based on the supply, installing and servicing of premium suspension seats and seating products to the Australian mining, construction, engineering, developing and transport sectors.
