At last, ask your new recruit what they think will be a good match. Are they ready to get with your team? If they are ready to join, can they order your kit and get started?

Asking the right questions that lead up to that final question will help you know that most of your new recruits are truly topnotch representatives for your business. This will make your consultants happier and more productive members of your team.
