Be tranquil as they decipher and learn tasks clearly. You know your kid better than everyone else, so take into account whether she or he can follow multiple directions at once, or if 1 task given at one time is a better idea. If your child can read well, have that child handle more complicated tasks and leave the easier tasks to a smaller kid.

Use job time to teach your kids the enjoy of making some money, and the responsibility and methods of managing money. Also, help them to become dependable workers, develop a good work ethic, and know the importance of a job done right.
